Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Freelance Payroll & Administration Officer to manage monthly payroll processes, ensure closures and validations, and coordinate queries across multiple clinics. You will support HR admin activities and work in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial healthcare environment.

The role offers up to 100% remote working with a weekly team meeting in Zaventem, a 5-day workweek, and potential direct impact within a growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the social secretariat.
• Ensure accurate payroll closures and perform payroll validations.
• Compare and reconcile time management and payroll data.
• Handle payroll corrections and follow-up actions.
• Support HR administration activities including contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll-related queries through the ticketing system and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Provide support on HR and payroll projects across multiple entities and clinics.
