CoVet is seeking a highly organized Enterprise Account Manager to support complex enterprise rollouts in the veterinary sector. You will coordinate rollout activities, manage client communications, track milestones, and drive adoption across enterprise accounts from a remote-first hub.

Ideal candidates have account management experience, a proven KPI track record, and strong communication skills. English fluency is required, with French/German a plus; experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in veterinary industry or related field.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; French and/or German is a plus.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and project management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate rollout activities and assist with client communications.
• Drive customer engagement via check-ins, QBRs, and usage summaries.
• Maintain relationships with enterprise clients, support follow-ups and day-to-day tasks.
• Prepare materials for strategic account planning and customer check-ins.
• Track milestones and ensure internal alignment during implementation.
• Create and maintain implementation timelines and checklists for on-time delivery.
• Facilitate onboarding with training sessions and welcome materials.
• Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to increase usage.
• Manage account activity in HubSpot for Enterprise clients.
• Flag risks or blockers to relevant teams as needed.
• Support CoVet broader goals and participate in events as required.
