FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent who is ready to relocate and work remotely from Greece. You will join an international team with relocation support and focus on safe, helpful user experiences.

You will handle inquiries with empathy, investigate issues, and help users understand platform policies. The role offers growth, full remote flexibility, and alignment with the Greek lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)
