FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join our Greece-based team. The role offers full remote work within Greece and extensive relocation support for EU candidates moving to Greece.

You will handle account inquiries, investigate content issues, promote community safety, and use data to enhance user experience, while enjoying a flexible mix of on-site and remote work and a lifestyle in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)
