Job summary

MANTU GROUP SA in Belgium seeks a senior procurement professional to lead the full CAPEX sourcing cycle for a €180M portfolio, with 3-year budget visibility across remediation projects in pharma. Lead strategy, ITTs, negotiations and contract awards across EPCM, Design & Build and Trade Contractors; negotiate guarantees and changes; drive Master Service Agreement rollouts with suppliers.

Requires 5+ years in procurement, fluent French and English; experience with Fairmarkit, Ironclad or Ariba is

Qualifications

5+ years of procurement experience in CAPEX, construction, engineering or industrial projects.
Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
Fluent in French and English.
Experience with Fairmarkit, Ironclad or Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CAPEX sourcing: strategy, ITTs, negotiations and contract awards across EPCM, Design & Build and Trade Contractors.
Negotiate contracts and manage bank guarantees, change orders and final accounts.
Drive the rollout of Master Service Agreements across Trade Contractor categories.
Partner with Project Managers and lead business reviews with key suppliers.
