Mantu is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end CAPEX sourcing for a €180M portfolio in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on remediation projects and long-term budget visibility.

You will manage ITTs, negotiations, contracts, and the rollout of Master Service Agreements, collaborating with Project Managers and suppliers to ensure value and risk control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in CAPEX or industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with major procurement platforms is a plus.

Want to take ownership of the full procurement cycle across a €180M CAPEX portfolio? Join a team supporting major industrial projects in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily focused on remediation, with 3-year budget visibility.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end CAPEX sourcing: strategy, ITTs, negotiations and contract awards across EPCM, Design & Build and Trade Contractors.

Negotiate contracts and manage bank guarantees, change orders and final accounts.

Drive the rollout of Master Service Agreements across Trade Contractor categories.

Partner with Project Managers and lead business reviews with key suppliers.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in CAPEX, construction, engineering or industrial projects.

Strong negotiation skills and solid contract management experience.

Fluent in French and English.

Experience with Fairmarkit, Ironclad or Ariba is a plus.
