Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is expanding its Health Information Systems division in Belgium and seeks a Clinical Software Sales Rep. You will drive commercialization for the Autocoding solution, tailor demonstrations, and engage hospitals to meet customer needs.

Hybrid work in Diegem with 1-2 days onsite weekly and up to 60% travel domestically. Requires a bachelor’s or higher, healthcare IT sales experience, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Experience in medical field especially healthcare IT is essential.
• Proven track record in sales and customer support.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercialization efforts for Autocoding solution in Belgian hospitals.
• Market strategies, customer engagement, and follow-up.
• Provide demonstrations and tailor software pitches to customer needs.
• Support customers through implementation and provide ongoing support.

Formation
