CASH by Batopin is seeking a Retail Network Manager to develop and maintain the network of CASH points across Belgium. You will analyze performance, market dynamics and location potential to support the long-term evolution of the network, while identifying optimization opportunities to balance customer experience with financial impact.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing and Customer Insights to ensure evidence-based decisions and governance of network changes.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor with +5 years of relevant experience in retail network management or another relevant function.
• Excellent command of basic Office tools
• Analytical and financial skills
• Fluent Dutch and French with strong written skills and working knowledge of English
• Experience in expansion & commercial real estate and knowledge of Belgian retail landscape is a strong advantage
• Geomarketing experience is a plus

• Analyse network performance and market dynamics to support decisions on network evolution.
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and long-term sustainability of the network.
• Follow up on operational performance to ensure a seamless customer experience at CASH points.
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations and performance reporting for evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing and Customer Insights.
• Prepare governance materials and follow up on agreed actions to measure impact.
