CASH by Batopin in Belgium is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our mission of ensuring access to cash in a evolving payments landscape. You will implement compliance programs, monitor regulatory requirements, and report to management and the board.

The role includes data protection responsibilities, risk assessments, training staff, and acting as the point of contact for regulators. Fluent Dutch and French and an advanced degree are required; the job offers hybrid working near Brussels North

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Economics or Finance.
• 7+ years of relevant regulatory compliance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, AML/CFT.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good English.
• Fit and Proper suitability assessment by the National Bank of Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulators.
• Lead internal and external compliance audits.
• Deliver training on compliance policies.
