Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Boom, Belgium, seeks a Reliability Engineer for the Specialty Rental Division to drive reliability improvements across products and processes. The role collaborates with regional operations, factories, and IT to upgrade dashboards and analytics.

You will lead initiatives to extend service intervals, monitor wear with sensors and develop AI-based tools to assist technicians, while maintaining KPI dashboards for management. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new IT systems, including AI.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with regional operations, factories, and IT to implement upgrades and dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement of reliability KPIs and dashboards.
• Represent operations in cross-functional project teams, safeguarding requirements.
• Identify and drive improvements in reliability processes, systems and service operations.
• Develop AI-based tools to support troubleshooting and define Salesforce process improvements.
