Atlas Copco Holding GmbH, Specialty Rental Division, seeks a Reliability Engineer to strengthen our focus on delivering reliable rental solutions worldwide. You will lead divisional product and process improvement projects to increase fleet reliability and improve regional operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with regional operations teams, factories, and IT to implement dashboards, monitor KPIs, and drive AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with regional operations, factories and IT to implement dashboards.
• Ensure reliability KPIs and dashboards are accurate and improved.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to improve reliability and service operations.
• Provide regional support and training in quality reporting systems.
