Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services with hands-on project exposure.
• Experience eliciting requirements, mapping processes, creating functional specifications and running workshops.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions & embargoes, FATCA/CRS or regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into technical specs; familiar with agile and waterfall approaches.
• Experience with Fircosoft, NetReveal, Pega or similar compliance platforms is a plus.
• Fluent English; good command of Dutch or French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business, functional, and regulatory requirements into clear specifications.
• Bridge between Business and IT and collaborate with Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and align different stakeholders.
• Analyse processes, data, and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to testing, implementation, and change activities.
• Take ownership of project scope according to experience and autonomy.
