Job summary

DynaFin Consulting is a Belgian consulting firm focused on regulatory and compliance transformation in Financial Services. We help clients design and deliver transformation projects and grow expertise within a human-sized team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services with hands-on project exposure.
• Experience eliciting requirements, mapping processes, creating functional specifications and running workshops.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions & embargoes, FATCA/CRS or regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into technical specs; familiar with agile and waterfall approaches.
• Experience with Fircosoft, NetReveal, Pega or similar compliance platforms is a plus.
• Fluent English; good command of Dutch or French is mandatory.

Your Impact

• You’ll work on projects at our clients, supported by experienced DynaFin colleagues
• Analyse and translate business, functional and regulatory requirements into clear specifications and deliverables
• Analyse processes, data and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT and collaborate with Risk and Compliance stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and align different stakeholders
• Contribute to testing, implementation and change activities
• Take ownership of your scope according to your experience and level of autonomy

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, with hands-on project exposure
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional requirements and workshop facilitation
• Knowledge of one or more Regulatory domains: AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions & embargoes, FATCA, CRS or regulatory reporting
• Experience analysing processes, controls and data, and translating regulatory needs into functional specifications
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Fircosoft, NetReveal, Pega or similar compliance platforms is a plus
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory
