ReachCentrum, part of ERM, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the administration and activities of REACH consortia, coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering consultancy support to clients in the EU chemicals sector.

The role requires solid project management, negotiation, and regulatory insight; you will report to the ReachCentrum team lead and help expand services related to REACH, CLP and Biocides.

Qualifications

• , A master degree or equivalent;
• REACH and European chemicals law experience;
• Experience as a project manager in a client-facing role;
• Consultancy experience and working in a consulting environment;
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in joint projects;
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Organize consortia activities
• Maintain, communicate and manage the consortia planning
• Maintain administration (including financial management) and organize communication with stakeholders; facilitate consortia meetings
• Lead discussions and build consensus
• Coordinate the ongoing technical work of the consortia
• Prepare drafts of legal documents when required; flag potential legal issues
• Collaborate with the finance team on consortia finances and cost sharing rules
• Support clients in day-to-day REACH/biocides related business operations
• Maintain contacts with third parties and authorities (ECHA, EC) on behalf of clients
• Provide thought leadership and identify industry trends to create opportunities and mitigate risks
• Advise clients on potential regulatory impacts and develop creative solutions
