ERM in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager to lead regulatory consortia and manage administrative and financial aspects of client engagements. You will coordinate multiple consortia, report to the team lead, and support clients on REACH/biocides compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across Europe.

The role emphasizes consultancy delivery, cross-functional coordination, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of REACH and European chemicals law (REACH, BPR, CLP).
• Experience as project manager in a client-facing role.
• Consultancy experience in a similar environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in joint projects.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Organize consortia activities.
• Maintain, communicate and manage consortia planning.
• Maintain administration (including financial management) and organize communication with stakeholders; facilitate meetings.
• Lead discussions and build consensus.
• Coordinate ongoing technical work of the consortia.
• Prepare drafts of legal documents and flag legal issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team on consortia finances and rules.
• Support clients in day-to-day REACH/biocides operations.
• Maintain contacts with authorities (ECHA, European Commission) on behalf of clients.
• Identify best practices and trends in regulatory management.
• Provide strategic insights and foresight to clients.
