NextSDS - Franz BV is seeking a certified Preventieadviseur to support Belgian clients in managing chemical agents in the workplace. You will conduct risk assessments, review Safety Data Sheets for regulatory compliance, and advise on safe handling practices.

This freelance role allows you to manage client engagements independently while leveraging the NextSDS platform for enhanced efficiency. Experience with REACH and CLP regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with chemical agents in workplace settings.
• Hands-on experience with REACH, CLP, and SDS management.
• Ability to write risk assessments and safety instruction cards in Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Conduct risk assessments for chemical agents in the workplace.
• Review and validate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for compliance with CLP and REACH.
• Advise on exposure limits, storage, and safe handling of hazardous substances.
• Support clients with their obligations under the Welzijnswet, Codex, and the KB Chemische Agentia.
