Ace & Tate is seeking a Regional Manager Belgium & Amsterdam to lead store teams across Belgium and Amsterdam. The role emphasizes coaching, people development, and delivering strong regional results through KPI tracking and customer focus.

The position combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, requiring a clear communication style and the ability to drive performance in a multi-site optics business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regional manager experience, or 5+ years as a Store Manager, ideally in optics and including flagship or high-volume locations.
• Experience managing multiple stores across Belgium and Amsterdam.
• Strong ability to coach others to hit targets and drive performance.
• Deep understanding of optical retail KPIs, compliance, and customer journey.
• Hands-on leadership style with empathy and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead with energy and focus to coach, support, and motivate Store Managers across Belgium and Amsterdam.
• Grow your people through onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Own the numbers by tracking KPIs and turning insights into action to reach regional targets.
• Be present, visit stores regularly, coach on operations and optical compliance.
• Deliver standout service by ensuring a seamless customer journey from eye test to pick-up.
