Job summary

Regional Service Manager in Overijse leads the onsite repair team and oversees daily operations for the site. You ensure customer satisfaction across your region and drive achievement of revenue and budgets while upholding safety rules.

In addition to coaching the team, you collaborate with HR on recruitment and development, and maintain strict administrative follow-up of site activities. Strong NL/FR with technical English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-diploma in technical direction or equivalent by experience.
• Fluent NL/FR (spoken and written) with knowledge of technical English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site service team from Overijse and manage daily operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the region and achieve targets and budgets.
• Coach team and collaborate with HR on recruitment and development.
• Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up of site activities and safety rules.
• Manage client relationships with SSA and Salesman and ensure proper use of resources.
