Job summary

Howden Belgium is seeking a Regional Commercial Director North to lead the corporate portfolio and build durable relationships with Belgian corporate clients across insurance lines. You will collaborate across internal teams and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, driving high-level negotiations and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de verzekeringssector
• Sterke commerciële drive en bedreven in onderhandelen op corporate niveau
• Uitstekende netwerker die vlot communiceert op verschillende niveaus
• Strategisch ingesteld met oog voor langetermijnrelaties en het afsluiten van deals

Responsibilities

• Ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen het Corporate segment.
• Onderhouden en uitbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met klanten en verzekeraars.
• Adviseren over risicobeheer en verzekeringsstrategieën over verschillende takken heen.
• Onderhandelen en afsluiten van contracten op hoog niveau.
• Coördineren met interne teams voor klantgerichte oplossingen.
• Uitbouw van de samenwerking met de regionale kantoren om de ontwikkeling in de Corporate en Upper Mid Market te stimuleren
• Aansturen van de Nederlandstalige Corporate Account Managers
• Initiëren van commerciële acties en marktgerichte campagnes.
• Vertegenwoordigen van Howden Belgium op relevante events.
