Job summary

STADA Arzneimittel AG in Belgium seeks a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Mons/Charleroi region. You will lead a mixed team of pharma and medical representatives in Consumer Health Care, driving regional growth, coaching staff, and executing commercial strategies.

You will report to the Sales Manager Pharma & Medical Belgium and manage about eight FTEs, with a focus on people development and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant experience in commercial roles.
• Experience in sales pharma is a must and preferably in medical sales and/or CHC.
• Experience in people management of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a combined team of pharma and medical representatives focused on CHC.
• Develop regional plans, coach the team, and execute commercial strategies.
• Report to the Sales Manager Pharma & Medical Belgium, managing ~8 FTEs.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and monitor performance.
