Innova Solutions is seeking a Recruiter (French/Dutch & English Speaker) in Brussels with the ability to work in a hybrid setup. You will manage the full candidate journey, partner with Business Managers, and deliver recruitment solutions for leading Belgian companies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment or related fields, fluent in French or Dutch and English, and a proactive, organized mindset focused on candidate experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, HR, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal DB.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess experience and skills.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through hiring stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure process compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client hiring needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and network with IT/Engineering professionals.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll manage the full candidate journey while partnering with experienced Business Managers and Client Service Managers to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and career aspirations.
• Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring recruitment processes are compliant.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to successfully deliver on client hiring needs.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and developing a strong network of IT and Engineering professionals.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, HR, or a customer-facing environment.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
