Médiane Benelux is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer in Brussels to translate customer needs into optimized railway solutions. You will drive bids from early phases, ensure technical feasibility, and demonstrate value through compelling presentations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in railway pre-sales, strong knowledge of signalling and digital technologies, and excellent written and verbal English. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent background.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales within the railway sector.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and define technical solutions.
• Contribute to bids: system architecture, BOM, compliance.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide pre-sales support for integration and interoperability.
• Coordinate with product management, R&D, and delivery teams.
