Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking a System Engineer to support the design and specification of complex railway signalling systems. You will work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Responsibilities include writing clear system specifications in English, capturing requirements, ensuring traceability, and contributing to system design and MBSE models. You will collaborate with software, hardware, validation and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Medior-level experience in systems engineering, system design or requirements management.
• Hands-on experience with system modelling methods such as UML, SysML, SADT or MBSE.
• Proven experience in writing technical specifications and managing requirement traceability.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Background in safety-critical systems, such as railway, automotive, aerospace or a similar regulated industry.
• Strong interest in system design and systems engineering.
