Akkodis is seeking a Software & Hardware Integration Engineer for a Brussels-based role in the railway sector. You will define integration strategy, configure hardware platforms, and develop automated test campaigns.

You will work closely with software developers, review architectures, and support cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, safety-critical environment. Fluent French and English required; on-site in Brussels.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in software/hardware interactions.
• Hands-on experience in hardware/software integration.
• Good understanding of network protocols.
• Knowledge of CPU, real-time architectures and system configuration.
• Experience with developing critical software products; railway sector is a plus.
• Proficient in C and navigating complex codebases.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaboration with developers.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.
• Based in or able to work in Brussels, Belgium.
