Job summary

Ekinops is seeking an experienced R&D Service Delivery Engineer to validate security services and the SASE portfolio, ensuring end-to-end coverage across the management plane and cloud operations. You will work within international teams to push quality and observability through rigorous testing and metrics.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, disaster readiness, and collaboration with QA, SRE, CSO, and other groups to deliver reliable security solutions in a fast-paced telecom

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Telco and Security products validation.
• Proficient in test frameworks and automation (Python, Xray-Jira, RobotFramework).
• Experience with AI augmented automation is a plus.
• Experience with validation of Cybersecurity products (SASE …).
• MSc in Telecom or Computer Science.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Validating Security services (SASE, SSE, SWG, ZTNA, CASB, FWaaS…) according to agreed test strategy with other teams (QA, SRE, CSO).
• End to End validation of Security portfolio (SSE, SWG, ZTNA, CASB, FWaaS).
• End to End validation of the SASE as a Service solution.
• High Availability and Business continuity planning.
• Performance validation including scalability and user experience.
• Ensure traceability of test coverage and quality with metrics.
