Imec India Private Limited is seeking an R&D Engineer Electroplating to strengthen development activities for advanced nano-interconnects and quantum-compatible processes. You will design experiments, characterize deposited metals, and coordinate non-standard development with imec’s fab and partners.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, interfacing with researchers, hardware engineers and external vendors, and contribute to technology transfers and program milestones in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MSc in Chemistry, Materials Science or Engineering is required.
• Experience in electroplating is an asset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Design, conduct and analyze experiments and results.
• Perform post-plating characterization and report findings.
• Coordinate development work with fab process engineers and partners.
• Contribute to technology transfers and joint development programs.
• Interface with engineers and partner companies and follow up on requests.
• Summarize information and transfer to partners.
• Report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
