You will work across industrial and artisanal bakery segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance baking protocols and innovation.

The role requires a strong hands-on bakery background, autonomous planning, analytical reporting, and excellent communication to influence R&D decisions worldwide.

• Ability to plan, execute, and report trials autonomously under deadlines.
