Puratos Belgium, based in Groot-Bijgaarden, seeks a Team Supervisor for the R&D Samples Department to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering reliable sample services to internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

You will drive structured operations, ownership, and engagement, while simplifying processes, strengthening digital tooling, and ensuring high service levels in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to build trust, clarity and engagement.
• Decision-making ability with a balance of firmness and empathy; customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of coordinators and technicians.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the full sample flow.
• Act as escalation point for complex sample requests and service issues.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders in an international environment.
• Support communication and develop or optimize digital tools and automation.
• Review, document and continuously improve processes and service standards.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives using SAP S/4, Power BI and other platforms.
• Define, monitor and follow up KPIs and service levels.
