Greif zoekt een Quality Specialist om kwaliteitsregistraties op de productievloer te volgen en kwaliteitssystemen zoals GEMBA en CBSQ te integreren en te documenteren.

U behandelt klachten, voert RCA uit en initieert corrigerende acties. Ook audits (klanten, FSSC22000, ISO 9001) worden voorbereid en opgevolgd; trainingen verbeteren continue kwaliteit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor diploma in QA/QC of a production environment preferred.
• Hands-on work style with pragmatic approach.
• Good ability to align with colleagues and leaders.

Responsabilités

• Presence on the production floor and monitoring quality registrations.
• Create, integrate and document quality programs such as GEMBA and CBSQ.
• Handle internal and external complaints and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement improvements.
• Follow and prepare for audits (customer, FSSC22000, ISO 9001).
• Lead improvement projects and provide training to raise quality awareness.

Job Description:

Als Quality Specialist bestaat je takenpakket uit:

• Aanwezigheid in productie: je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en volgt de kwaliteit en kwaliteitsregistraties van nabij op.
• Kwaliteitsprogramma's: Je creëert, integreert en documenteert kwaliteitsprogramma's zoals GEMBA, CBSQ (commitment based on Safety en Qualiteit) en hebt hierin een actieve rol.
• Klachtenafhandeling: je behandelt interne en externe klachten en zet de nodige corrigerende acties uit, om zo een uitstekende klantentevredenheid te garanderen.
• Root Cause Analyses (RCA): je onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen grondig en vertaalt deze naar verbeteracties.
• UN-keuringen en testen: je volgt de wettelijke keuringen op, voert valtesten uit en zorgt voor een correcte rapportering en verbeteracties waar nodig.
• Audits: je bereidt klanten-, FSSC22000 en ISO 9001-audits voor en neemt actief deel aan de uitvoering ervan en opvolging van eventuele actieplannen.
• Verbeterprojecten: je neemt initiatief om processen te optimaliseren en draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van onze organisatie, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit.
• Opleiding: je identificeert de noden bij onze medewerkers en geef trainingen/ toolboxen om zo de focus en kennis over kwaliteit te verhogen

Competenties:

• Je hebt een bachelor diploma en een eerste ervaring binnen een kwaliteitsfunctie (QA/QC), bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
• Je werkt hands-on, bent zichtbaar aanwezig en gaat pragmatisch te werk.
• Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt vlot af met collega's en leidinggevenden.
• Je bent nauwkeurig, kan goed prioriteiten bepalen en houdt het overzicht.
• Kennis van ISO 9001 is een pluspunt.
• Een goede kennis van Nederlands & Engels is vereist.

• Neemt actief deel aan elke veiligheidsopleiding als onderdeel van het groepsbeleid.

Compensation Range:

• The pay range for this position is €49,900.00 - €84,900.00 annually.
• Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between60,000.00 to72,000.00 annually.
• Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
• The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
