Job summary

AGRANA Fruit Belgium in Lummen, Belgium, seeks a Quality & NPD Assistant on a temporary basis to support the Quality team with administrative and hands-on activities. You will collaborate with NPD, Sales & Marketing and external laboratories to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling complaints, stock control of raw materials, recipe registration and KPI reporting, while maintaining up-to-date quality documentation and supporting regulatory and food safety processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control or Food Safety is a strong advantage.
• Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and an accurate way of working.
• Hands-on, collaborative and customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work in a changing environment.

AGRANA Fruit Belgium is looking for a Quality & NPD Assistant to join our team in Lummen, Belgium, on a temporary basis.

AGRANA Fruit Belgium is part of AGRANA’s international fruit business and operates within the food industry. At our Lummen site, you will join a growing and dynamic environment and work closely with colleagues across Quality, NPD, Sales & Marketing, Logistics and other teams.

Location: Lummen, Belgium

As our Quality & NPD Assistant, you will support the Quality team with both administrative and hands-on operational activities, while also working closely with NPD, Sales & Marketing and external laboratories.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and following up on customer, supplier and internal quality complaints
• Supporting stock management of raw materials
• Handling recipe registration and administrative follow-up within NPD
• Keeping quality and supplier documentation accurate and up to date
• Preparing weekly, monthly and annual KPI reports
• Supporting compliance, quality and food safety processes

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative environment
