Manpower Belgium is recruiting a Part-time Quality Assistant to support the QA team in a food company. You will help manage documentation, specifications, and registrations while contributing to both administrative and operational quality processes.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor in food or biochemistry, have strong administrative skills, and pay close attention to detail. Dutch is required, with basic English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor diploma with specialization in food or biochemistry.
• Eessian experience in quality or food sector is a plus but not required.
• Strong administrative aptitude, highly organized.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn ERP systems.
• Dutch knowledge is required; English and French are acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain product specifications according to current requirements.
• Manage customer and supplier portals and ensure data is accurately recorded.
• Maintain quality documents, certificates and technical sheets.
• Record and handle quality complaints.
• Assist in audits, inspections and certification processes.
• Manage raw material and product data in ERP and quality systems.
• Assist in drafting reports and quality analyses.
