Job summary

Hyundai Construction Equipment is seeking a Quality & Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen EUCUP manufacturing operations. You will drive quality excellence, resolve technical challenges and support process improvements across our production lines.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial manufacturing background, 3–5 years in manufacturing or production engineering, experience with root-cause analysis, and proficiency in English, Office suite and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Production Engineering.
• Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality excellence within EUCUP manufacturing operations.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support production activities and process optimisation.
• Lead root cause analysis and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Support customised machine configurations and engineering changes.
• Develop work instructions and technical documentation.
• Resolve technical and material-related issues during production.
• Improve planning accuracy and production efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve dealer and field quality issues.
• Coordinate technical problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for complex cases.
• Ensure lessons learned are translated into sustainable improvements.
• Analyse production and quality performance data.
• Monitor KPIs related to Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support standardisation and best-practice implementation.
