Job summary

Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe is seeking a Quality & Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen our European operations. The role focuses on sustaining quality standards, resolving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement across the EUCUP manufacturing footprint.

You will work on process optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation, while collaborating with dealers and field teams to ensure top-level product quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Production Engineering.
• Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive EUCUP quality and manufacturing excellence across European operations.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support production activities and process optimisation.
• Lead root cause analysis and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Support customised machine configurations and engineering changes.
• Develop work instructions and technical documentation.
• Resolve technical and material-related issues during production.
• Improve planning accuracy and production efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve dealer and field quality issues.
• Coordinate problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for complex cases.
• Translate lessons learned into sustainable improvements.
• Analyse production and quality performance data.
• Monitor KPIs related to Quality, Cost and Delivery.

As a Quality & Manufacturing Engineer at Hyundai Construction Equipment, you will play a key role.

At HD Construction Equipment Hyundai Europe NV, we focus on the sales, marketing and after-sales service of Construction Equipment (excavators and wheel loaders) and Material Handling Equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.) across Europe.

We have a network of more than 100 dealers in 30 European countries, supplying our world-class machines and parts to their customers.

What will you do?

You will focus on four key areas:

EUCUP Quality Management & Manufacturing Support

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Production Engineering
• Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Very good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
