Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain testing processes to determine product efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Create test plans and test cases; monitor progress against plan.
• Trace, investigate, and document issues to identify root causes.
• Set, track, and report on quality metrics and dashboards.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose optimization strategies.
