Hamlet is a Belgian family-owned chocolate producer with two sites and ~€170 million in revenue, serving customers in over 100 countries. You will lead a small QA team, coach on the floor, and drive a proactive quality strategy that reduces incidents and improves audits.

Reporting to Operations Manager, you partner with QA colleagues, and you’ll explore R&D opportunities with suppliers to fuse quality and innovation. A collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Coaches on the floor to raise quality awareness and elevate internal audits.
• Experience with external audits (BRCGS, IFS, Fairtrade, Halal, Kosher, Rainforest Alliance).
• Ability to look ahead at export regulations and stay compliant.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team on quality on-site and collaborate with QA on Parlinart-site.
• Manage quality label for external audits and ensure smooth audits.
• Bridge quality initiatives with R&D projects and supplier collaborations.
