Manufacture Belge de Chocolats in Brussels is seeking a Production Team Leader to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the production area. You will lead shop floor teams, coordinate daily production activities, and drive KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost while upholding GMP standards.

You will manage shift targets, supervise line leaders and operators, train staff, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and R&D to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Background in Industrial Sciences or Food Sciences with team-management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food/pharma.
• Strong French, Dutch; English a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon).
• Knowledge of MS Office and production tools/processes.
• Familiar with Lean, HACCP, GMP and food safety.
• Ability to adjust equipment and troubleshoot.
• Ability to interpret production data from computerized systems.

Responsabilités

• Shift Production Management: drive performance of production area, ensure safety and quality regulations.
• Team Communication & Management: organize production activities, coach line leaders, conduct meetings and ensure smooth handovers.
• Cross-department collaboration: work with Maintenance, Quality and R&D to solve issues and improve processes.
