B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and welcoming a Quality Engineer to our Aeronautics team. You will support product industrialization through APQP and ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements throughout the development cycle.

You will manage quality deliverables, oversee qualification plans and PPAP files, and collaborate with project managers to secure a smooth transition to mass production, audits, and customer visits.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanics/aeronautics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing quality or industrial projects.
• Mastery of quality tools: 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and interpret the client’s technical and contractual requirements to ensure they are properly incorporated into the project.
• Oversee the quality assurance plan and related documents, particularly qualification plans.
• Promote and enforce the APQP process among the various project stakeholders.
• Supervise the progress of PPAP files and ensure product compliance with client requirements.
• Support process managers in monitoring quality indicators, implementing improvement actions, and achieving objectives.
• Monitor quality performance and contribute to its improvement through audits.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure a smooth transition from development to mass production.
• Prepare and coordinate external audits, certification processes, and customer visits.
• Participate in the analysis of quote requests and the evaluation of NRCs for new business opportunities.

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Quality Engineer in our Aeronautics team.

As a Quality Engineer, you will support the industrialization of products by ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements, particularly through the application of the APQP methodology. You will be responsible for managing the project’s quality deliverables and ensuring the proper implementation of and adherence to the various stages of the APQP process throughout the development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret the client’s technical and contractual requirements to ensure they are properly incorporated into the project.
• Oversee the quality assurance plan and related documents, particularly qualification plans.
• Promote and enforce the APQP process among the various project stakeholders.
• Supervise the progress of PPAP files and ensure product compliance with client requirements.
• Support process managers in monitoring quality indicators, implementing improvement actions, and achieving objectives.
• Monitor quality performance and contribute to its improvement through the conduct and follow-up of audits.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure a smooth transition from the development phase to mass production.
• Prepare and coordinate external audits, certification processes, and customer visits.
• Participate in the analysis of quote requests and the evaluation of non-recurring costs (NRC) in the context of new business opportunities.

Profile

• You have a university degree or equivalent in mechanics/aeronautics.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• You have already managed quality or industrial projects.
• You master the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection.
• You are fluent in English.
