B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join an innovative medical technology project.
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and conformity of components used in advanced medical systems. Working in a high-tech production environment, you will perform inspections, functional tests, and quality assessments on purchased, manufactured, and returned components to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections and functional testing on raw materials, manufactured parts, finished products, and returned equipment.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities, ensuring appropriate prioritization and resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection methods, verification protocols, and quality processes.
- Respect quality planning, ensuring inspections are completed according to production priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain testing equipment, tools, and workstations in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, safety regulations, and applicable industry standards.
- Share technical knowledge and support the training of other Quality Control team members.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Testing, Inspection, or Production is an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on profile with a genuine interest in understanding technical systems and equipment.
- Autonomous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English and French.
