Vector Talent seeks a Quality Director to lead the quality function, including the engineering subgroup, and drive strategic and operational quality initiatives at the Ghent site. You will ensure GMP compliance, oversee audits, and report findings to the Management Team.

You will collaborate with GMP Production, R&D, and analytics to resolve issues, shape strategy, and responsibly embed AI across global quality processes, reporting to the Chief Quality Officer.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Quality with leadership roles.
• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Strong communication and strategic, hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English; business-minded with calm leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality policies and IMPs.
• Lead the Quality department including engineering subgroup.
• Oversee audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyse quality data and report to Management Team.
• Collaborate with GMP Production, R&D, and analytics to improve quality.
• Shape Ghent site strategy with corporate functions.
• Embed AI thoughtfully and responsibly in quality processes globally.
