Legend Biotech in Ghent seeks a Supply Chain Project Specialist to own quality investigations and GMP documentation in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will drive root cause analysis, implement CAPAs, and ensure compliance across global and local teams within Supply Chain.

You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Quality Assurance and other functions to enact robust procedures, while maintaining high standards of GMP and document control in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of three years in supply chain, manufacturing, quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience with GMP-regulated pharma or biotech environments is a strong asset.
• Experience writing standard operating procedures and work instructions is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Own quality investigations related to warehouse operations, including deviations and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to GMP documentation and ensure SOPs and WI are complete, accurate and inspection-ready.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement warehouse process changes and ensure alignment.
