Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Director to lead the Quality department in Ghent and ensure compliance with GMP regulations across the Ardena group. You will drive quality policies, audits, and continuous improvement to align business goals with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to embed AI across quality processes while communicating effectively with Production, R&D, and analytics teams. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality with leadership responsibilities.
• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences required.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and hands-on problem-solving.
• Strong communication to advise and support staff and managers.
• Open mindset with calm and confident presence.
• Fluent in English; strong business mindset.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Quality, with leadership experience
• A master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations
• Strong analytical and strategic skills and solution‑oriented & hands‑on
• Strong in communication and can advise and support both employees and managers
• Open mindset and radiate calm and confidence
• Fluent in English
