Ardena is seeking a Director of Analytical Development in Ghent, Belgium, to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for analytical strategy across projects. You will define and oversee analytical development and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires extensive experience in Analytical Development, with a focus on small and large molecule projects.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master's degree, strong leadership skills, and expertise in chromatographic techniques. Ardena offers a dynamic work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Analytical Development, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in chromatographic techniques and dissolution.
• Solid knowledge of CMC development and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Strong quality mindset and in-depth knowledge of GMP requirements.

Responsabilités

• Define and oversee all analytical development and GMP-compliant QC activities.
• Plan and organize departmental activities to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Drive implementation of new analytical techniques and digital solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Group Leaders and (Associate) Scientists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues.
