Job summary

Altia is seeking a Quality Assurance & Team Lead to join our IT consultancy team. You will oversee QA activities and coordinate a development team on international projects for a European Agency, with a balance of on-site Brussels presence and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating development teams and overseeing delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile/PM²-Agile ceremonies and retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the work of the development team and monitoring day-to-day progress.
• Facilitating Agile/PM²-Agile ceremonies: planning, estimation, refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.
• Identifying, managing and helping remove impediments to achieve iteration, release and project goals.
