Zusammenfassung

TDW in Belgium is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for a 6-month temporary assignment to strengthen our Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 and corporate objectives.

You will lead supplier quality initiatives, perform audits, drive NCR/CAR processes, coordinate MRB activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance across the global supply chain. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or another technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering within an ISO 9001-certified environment.
• Experience with supplier quality management and auditing.

Your Mission

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will partner closely with the Quality Manager to strengthen and continuously improve our Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards and corporate objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring supplier quality, leading improvement projects, and supporting operational excellence throughout the organization.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or another technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering within an ISO 9001-certified environment.
• Experience with supplier quality management and auditing.
• Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, or Six Sigma is considered an asset.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: Root Cause Analysis Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma FMEA (DFMEA & PFMEA) SPC, DOE, ANOVA and Regression Analysis
• Experience using statistical software such as Minitab, R, or SAS.
• Good analytical and data management capabilities.

Personal Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual English-French
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
