Qargo TMS is hiring a QA Engineer in Ghent. You’ll bridge engineering and customers, owning testing of new features end-to-end, designing test cases, and validating issues before production. You’ll start with manual testing and progressively build a structured QA framework and automation where it adds value.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners and Engineers in a hybrid setup, shaping how QA works at a fast-growing SaaS scale-up focused on logistics software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in QA software testing or similar
• Analytical mindset with edge-case hunting ability
• User-focused thinking translating requirements into test scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and product owners
• Comfort reading code, working with APIs, and using dev tools
• Familiarity with test automation is a plus (Cypress/Playwright/Selenium)
• Growth mindset and willingness to shape QA processes as the company scales
• Interest in logistics or supply chain software is a bonus

Responsabilités

• Build and improve the QA framework and testing processes
• Perform manual testing of new features and fixes before release
• Design and document test cases for happy paths and edge cases
• Develop deep product knowledge to test with real business impact
• Log, reproduce, and verify bugs with engineering to protect release quality
• Advocate quality across the team and help cultivate best practices
