Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen Supply Chain Group in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a QC analyst for CAR-T Europe to perform analytical testing, ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity in the CAR-T facilities. Eligible candidates have a science degree and 2+ years in a cGMP QC lab with experience in qPCR, flow cytometry, and potency assays.

You will support SOPs, CAPAs, and internal audits, while collaborating with cross-lab teams to maintain quality standards and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a cGMP compliant QC laboratory or equivalent is required.
• Understanding of analytical data from biological and biochemical techniques is required.
• Detailed knowledge of analytical technologies and aseptic techniques used in QC (CAR-T experience) is required.
• Experience with cellular and/or molecular techniques such as qPCR, Flow Cytometry, and/or Potency assays is required.
• Basic knowledge of compendial (USP, EP, JP) requirements is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Perform analytical testing in compliance with specifications and GMP regulations.
• Maintain a safe work environment following EH&S regulations.
• Perform peer review of laboratory data.
• Author and update SOPs, WIs and Protocols to support daily lab operations.
• Support laboratory investigation records and CAPAs.
• Assist in internal audits.
• Provide input to laboratory meetings.
• Represent QC in cross-lab meetings.
