LGA IT is seeking a Python ERP Developer to evolve internal business applications and integrate Odoo modules with core operations. You will bridge field and office needs, ensuring reliable data and smooth workflows across teams.

Ideal candidates have strong Python skills, some .NET familiarity, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. Dutch basics or willingness to learn is preferred, with English or French fluency.

In this role as a Python ERP Developer, you take charge of the continuous evolution of internal business applications.

• Develop and refine custom features within the Odoo platform to streamline core operational processes.
• Connect software tools using clean API integrations and database structures to ensure accurate reporting.

For the position of Python ERP Developer, we are looking for a developer with a few years under their belt who combines analytical thinking with clear communication skills.

• Proven proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming languages like .NET (ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role).
• Demonstrable experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP package is a major advantage.
• Colleagues describe you as a pragmatic problem solver who easily explains complex tech concepts to non-technical users.
• You speak English or French fluently, with at least a practical working knowledge of Dutch (or a strong willingness to learn).
