Limelight Health is seeking a Software Developer to join the R&D domain in Belgium. You’ll contribute to an impactful open-source project, work across multiple teams, and help shape future features in a collaborative environment.

You’ll engage in code reviews, testing, and design activities while enjoying a modern tech stack and opportunities for professional growth. Relocation support is offered for international candidates.

Responsabilités

• You will be part of one of our 20 technical teams and collaborate with product owners and developers to add features for the next Odoo version.
• You will perform code reviews, unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality code and maintainability.
• You will participate in technical designs, contributing ideas to shape architecture of new features and improvements.
• You will engage in open-source contributions and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you'll do...

• You will be part of one of our 20 technical teams. There is a team for every app in Odoo, in addition to customer-oriented teams like Bugfix, Tech Support, etc.
• You will collaborate with product owners and fellow developers to develop new features for the next version of Odoo.
• You will perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality code and maintainability.
• You will take part in technical designs, contributing your ideas and expertise to shape the architecture of new features and improvements.

• Onboarding: Two weeks of functional training followed by two weeks of technical training to let you discover Odoo and our tech stack.
• Modern tech stack: Python & Javascript, PostgreSQL, GitHub, ORM and OWL frameworks, templating engine, etc. All Odoo-made.
• Interesting projects: A wide range of business apps, homemade frameworks and website builder, external integrations, DevOps, security, etc.
• Open-source: Odoo has an open-core model, meaning that you will directly contribute to the community edition of Odoo.
