Onepoint in Belgium is seeking a Python-focused engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in AI/LLM and data-driven use cases. You will design modular Python components, build data pipelines, and lead AI workshops for cross-functional teams.

Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, you will translate requirements into technical use cases and prototypes, while aligning roadmaps and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python development
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLMs
• Experience building data pipelines and querying SQL
• Good development practices: Git, testing, containerization (Docker), CI/CD
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong stakeholder skills to gather business requirements with IT teams

Responsabilités

• Design and build robust Python components for AI/LLM and data-driven use cases
• Lead and facilitate AI workshops for tech teams and explain AI concepts
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and formalize use cases
• Build prototypes/PoCs for LLMs and data pipelines
• Collaborate with business and IT to align roadmaps and priorities
• Contribute to architecture, testing, and monitoring practices
• Explore related applications including light blockchain components when relevant
