Onepoint in Brussels is seeking a hands-on Python developer to design and build robust AI/LLM components and data pipelines, collaborating with business and IT to translate needs into technical workflows. You will lead AI workshops, collect requirements, and create PoCs, while applying best practices in testing, containerization, CI/CD and governance within a dynamic consulting environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of Python development, solid AI/ML knowledge, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLMs.
• Experience building data pipelines and SQL queries.
• Good development practices: Git, testing, containerization (Docker), CI/CD.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Design and build Python components for AI/LLM use cases.
• Lead AI workshops for tech teams: explain AI concepts, limitations, and perspectives; train teams to approach business projects effectively.
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and write technical use cases.
• Build prototypes/PoCs for LLMs and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, testing, limited production rollout).
• Collaborate with business and IT to align roadmaps, prioritization and product refinement.
